## About the role
As a CNC Programmer-Operator 2D/3D, you will program, set up, and run CNC machines to produce precise parts that meet demanding quality standards. Your work directly supports production efficiency, product consistency, and on-time delivery.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can work independently, read technical drawings, and translate specifications into reliable machine programs. You will help keep machining operations stable, accurate, and efficient across 2D and 3D work.

## Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines for 2D and 3D production work
- Read and interpret technical drawings, tolerances, and machining specifications
- Optimize programs and machine settings to improve cycle time, accuracy, and consistency
- Inspect finished parts and adjust processes to ensure quality requirements are met
- Troubleshoot machining issues and support root-cause analysis for production problems
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturability and output
## Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC programmer-operator in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D CNC programming and machine setup
- Ability to read technical drawings, GD&T, and measurement specifications
- Experience with precision machining and quality control methods
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
## Nice to have
- Experience with CAM software
- Background in tooling, fixture design, or process optimization
- Experience working with complex or high-mix, low-volume production
- Familiarity with multiple CNC controls or machine brands
