As an HVAC technician, you install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems that keep buildings safe, comfortable, and energy efficient. This role matters because reliable climate systems are essential for day-to-day operations, occupant wellbeing, and energy performance.
Based in the Netherlands, you will work across a range of sites and help ensure systems run safely, efficiently, and in line with technical standards. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support customers with clear communication and practical solutions.

## Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related components
- Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs to restore system performance
- Carry out preventative maintenance and document service activities accurately
- Test systems for safety, efficiency, and compliance with technical requirements
- Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues, and supervisors about findings and next steps
- Follow health and safety procedures while working on site
## Requirements
- Mid-level experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar technical service role
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Experience with preventative maintenance and service reporting
- Good communication skills in English; Dutch is strongly preferred
- Relevant vocational training or certification in a technical field
## Nice to have
- Experience with building management systems or controls
- Refrigeration or F-gas certification
- Experience working across commercial or industrial sites
- Dutch language skills
- Knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC solutions
